Level of Fishermen's Satisfaction with Solar Power and Clean Water Provision Services at UPTD Fishing Port Region I Carocok Tarusan, West Sumatra Province

This research aims to determine the fishermen's satisfaction with services providing fishing needs at the UPTD Fishing Port Region I Carocok Tarusan. The method used in this research is a survey method. Fishermen generally feel dissatisfied with the performance of the port. This can be seen from the CSI value, which is 51.24% for fuel (diesel), which means (quite satisfied), but for clean water, it is only 34.30%, which is in the (not satisfied) category. The IPA analysis shows that several attributes are included in the top priority (Quadrant I), attributes whose performance must be maintained (Quadrant II), attributes with low priority (Quadrant III), while excessive attributes (Quadrant IV) are those that are considered less important but whose performance is satisfactory.
