Jl. Raya Indarung in Padang City, West Sumatra is a road divided into two lanes (using a median strip). Each road section is equipped with a central opening without a signal to allow for a U-turn. Based on initial observations at the study location, there were vehicles that could not perform a U-turn smoothly, where vehicles had to perform additional maneuvers so that this condition could cause safety problems for vehicles making the same U-turn. This study aims to analyze the performance of unsignalized intersections based on the Indonesian Road Capacity Guidelines (PKJI 2014). In this study, the method used for data collection was a quantitative method. Based on the survey that has been conducted, it shows that the highest average speed on Jl.
