Abstract

The frequency data acquisition from this signal generator uses the IC RM4151 which is a converter from frequency to voltage whose output voltage depends on the input frequency. For data acquisition to the computer, an interface circuit is used using an analog to digital converter (ADC) 0804 and an 89C51 microcontroller.
